We hired Home Free Lead Inspections for an inspection of our current home, which is in the process of becoming a rental property. This was the first time we have ever gone through the process and they explained everything beforehand over the phone and via Thumbtack messaging. The actual inspection with dust swiping was fairly painless. They arrived on time and we were given tips on how we could make the property lead-free in the future. The one small caveat is that it took a few more days to get the results/certificate back than was estimated, but Dave handled the issue the very same day that we called. Overall, this was a very good experience as our first time and we will definitely be using Home Free Lead Inspections for future inspections and properties.
