Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
After having several people look at a rental and make negative comments, we went in and staged 5 rooms - living room, kitchen, dining room, one bedroom, and the bathroom. With some simple changes we were able to lighten up the house and give the rooms a different feel. Not even 24 hours we had a renter! for full price!
