What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard hourly rate of 125.00 per hour, free estimates, and 10% discount for senior citizens and military (active and retired).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
listening and finding what our customer wants, and finding what they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of the University of Hawaii in electrical instillation and maintenance, Journeyman electrician, licensed contractor in Hawaii and California.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started in construction as a mason, then a framer. worked as a journeyman carpenter for years until deciding to go back to collage and becoming an electrician. worked as an electrician for nine years for a company until deciding to be an independent contractor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
from home owners to commercial owners. New and old construction. Complete rewires and new construction. State and county.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Three days on a complete low voltage retrofit at a privet residence.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you hire a company that has the experience, and a contractor that understands your needs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What it is that you are looking to achieve? How long will it take? How much will it cost? Are you responsable for clean up and repair?
