- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices are competitive and usually the best around- our warranty covers defects in materials- if your phone has frame damage, the device sustained a bad drop or twist. This causes internal issues- also placing a new screen assembly (a flat part on a curved surface) on frame damaged devices voids any warranty from the start. Discounts are on a case by case basis and discussed prior to all repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please ensure the device you list is accurate- the iPhone six is different than the iPhone six S. Also while color does not change price include the color of the home button, this ensures proper stock is on hand and if you accept the repair quote, a timely repair can be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to an electronics technical school and have been repairing devices for several years. I have also attended extra classes for cell phone repair.
