- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do, and that is available on my website. Should I someday remove that from the website, it will be available by email before you schedule a session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we might email with some questions and answers. Then, I like to have a phone conversation. Not all clients and photographers are a good match, so we have to explore what you are looking for and what I can provide. If we are a good match, we can proceed to scheduling a session
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 47 years of varied Photographic experience.
