What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not, everything is custom. Formal quotes are provided at the initial consultation or 2nd meeting. Verbal "ball park" quotes can be given in the first conversation we have with client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an initial FREE 30 minute "needs assessment" in person or by phone or screen share. We do this as a discovery process to uncover client needs and how to suggest the right plan(s) of action depending on industry specifics, demographics, goals and budget. If we decide to move forward we set the 2nd appointment to present a custom marketing plan and Statement of Work.

We work with various industries; real estate brokers, medical waste disposal companies, high level trade services, non profits, insurance companies, political figures, educational institutions and executive coaches to name a few.
