Ramped Inspection services was amazing. The inspector (Brady) was very thorough and professional. He took pictures of all the area he reviewed and made it much easier for us to address with the seller the issues because we had physical proof. Brady was able to be there when I needed him (I gave him extremely short notice). His report saved my family from making a huge investment mistake because he was able to see things that we couldn't. I am forever grateful for that. I will definitely be using him again in the future when we find another house we think could be it. I would also recommend him to all my family and friends. You will not be sorry!!

I am a first time home buyer, and was skeptical on hiring a professional home inspector because they all have an expertise in one area.
