Introduction: I provide infrastructure, accounting, finance and tax services for customers. My consulting services are provided at $50 per hour for active engagements. I can provide specific fee rates with for tax filing and assistance that will cost as little as $210 for simple state/IRS filings to business returns depending on size with fees based on a per form cost. I am a CPA and will act in accordance with all appropriate ethical constraints related to a job. I have extensive experience in start-ups and other entrepreneurial activities. I can assist in the development of the infrastructure when that stage is reached in the organization.
