Introduction: I have provided high-quality speech services in schools and early intervention since 2011, so I have extensive understanding of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) as well as the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) processes. My youngest sister has multiple handicaps including Cerebral Palsy (CP) and cortical-visual impairment, and I was in speech therapy while in elementary school. I believe that my understanding of and empathy for the challenges of special needs and speech-language disorders makes me a better speech therapist. I love giving clients the freedom to communicate their wants and needs during every stage of life! I believes that speech therapy should enrich the whole person, and that clients are much more than just the sum of their needs! I teaches parents and caregivers strategies to help their children, and teach clients strategies to help themselves, so that therapy is as effective as possible, and I love being able to see a client light up when they are finally understood!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee system is straightforward. I charge $65 per half-hour therapy session in your home. If you live more than 10 miles from my office in West Mifflin, there is a $10 service fee, bringing the session total to $75 dollars.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I love to learn, and earn 20-30 hours of continuing education credits each year! In fact, in 2014 ASHA awarded me an Award for Continuing Education (ACE) for achieving over 70 hours of continuing education in less than 2 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I generally provide in-home, individualized, literacy-based interventions for many speech and language disorders, including articulation disorders (sounds like /s, l, r/, or any other speech sound), phonological disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, expressive and receptive language disorders, Fluency (stuttering) disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders. intellectual disabilities, and speech and language delays
