I had a great experience! Joaquin was always punctual. He always texted when he was on his way. He listened and gave me great suggestions and options for my system. He is very neat and meticulous in his work. He communicated any issues that came up. He worked with me to install the system of my dreams, even as I added additional zones to the surround sound. (Love all my options to play my music inside multiple rooms in the house and outside too!) I also love not seeing any wires coming out from behind the TV! It looks great! I would highly recommend Joaquin for any installation you may have. He has great ideas, professional work ethics and a wonderful finished product! I would hire him again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer to determine their needs. With 14yrs experience in the AV industry, it's possible to determine if a setting needs to be changed, a repair should be looked at or a replacement option.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had an interest in home audio. I started with my own systems at home then eventually I was hired by a successful Custom Home Theater company. I progressed through the available positions and now I complete all the service calls for the company
