I recently purchased a home and needed several roof ventilation issues resolved as per the home inspection. Fransisco was very quick to respond to my Thumbtack request. He showed up the next day for a quote and took his time explaining what he would do and why. He was in no rush. Fransisco even took the time to walk the house and detached garage with me to look at projects I wanted to have done in the future. He gave advice on how to tackle each in the most cost effective way possible. There was no heavy sales push whatsoever.
The following day he returned with one crew member and performed the install. He was one time, worked quickly and cleaned up completely. Fransisco even noticed my front door wasn't closing properly and took the time, at no extra charge, to fix it.
It's clear Fransisco cares about doing things the right way at a fair price. I can't recommend his services highly enough.

One of the most professional and thorough companies we have ever worked with. We needed a portion of our roof fixed. Francisco contacted us right away and presented himself very professionally. When we met with him, he went over every detail about the work we needed several times. Francisco even quickly fixed an immediate small leak for us before the scheduled work since it was going to be a couple of weeks before the job took place. On the day of the job he arrived promptly (literally there at the door), set up, and got to work. They were very careful about where the debris fell and did a great job preparing for it/cleaning up afterwards. Our main priority was that they focused on getting the job done right, and they did. In the middle of the job we decided to change the skylight. We thought it would delay things but he called, got us a price, ordered it, and the truck delivered it that day. Again, the work was very thorough, going above and beyond what we were expecting. He even showed us images of some things we weren't aware of that had been done incorrectly by the previous owners. They even gave us before/after shots once the crew was finished. The day after, something had to be adjusted and he showed up, took care of it, and even noticed something wasn't correct with our electrical pole/wires which we weren't aware of...something the electrical company now has to fix. The prices were reasonable and he didn't try to push us into anything just to make a sale. It's rare to find someone who actually cares about the work they do. Hire them-you won't be sorry. I'm sure we will be calling Francisco if and when we need any other roof work in the future.

A section of our roof was torn off during the blizzard of January '16. Franciso responded to our post on Thumbtack, and after we called him back he was repairing our roof within the hour (on a Sunday with snow-covered roads, no less). He was exceptionally prompt and professional, and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend him!
