- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system... Every job is priced individually for free so the homeowner understands the total cost prior to signing the contract. We do occasionally do work on a time and materials basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted by a customer we set up a free consultation to discuss their project and needs no matter the size of the project. This consultation will be done by one or both of the owners. The next step is to provide the customer with a free estimate for their project that contains a detailed description of the work to be done and the amount it will cost. These estimates are emailed to the customer for their review. If the homeowner decides to move forward with our services, we will sign the estimate which becomes the working contract. A project manager will then call the customer to set up a meeting to discuss the entire project in detail including the start date, working hours, construction process, selection process and a completion date. Once the project is completed a final walk through will be done with the homeowner to make sure they are 100% satisfied with the finished product.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers! some that want us to pick selections and deliver a turn key project, to customers that may want to do parts of the project themselves and we assist with the more difficult portions.
