Once the client has decided to look for assistance in achieving their wellness goal, we meet and discuss their plan, and how they would like to achieve it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my health coaching at Emory University. I also completed my yoga training which allows me to be a member of yoga alliance.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We meet in person or on the phone. The client shares what they would like to achieve and I help them navigate a plan.
