FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will not be able to give you an exact quote in a thumbtack reply, as the specific nature of your circumstance will dictate how much time, and what type of advocacy will likely be required on your behalf. I am however, happy to offer you a free phone consultation to determine your needs. I will sometimes work on a flat fee basis versus an hourly fee if that makes the most sense for the situation and my client's needs. We can assess that when we speak.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin with a free phone consultation to assess your needs and for each of us to determine whether we are a good fit for what you are seeking. If so, we can then discuss what you can expect to happen in your case generally, and get down to the business of helping you address and resolve your legal issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have seventeen years of extensive trial experience, various trainings and seminars related to trial work, mediation, juvenile and family law, as well as criminal law. I began my career as a Deputy District Attorney before opening my own practice. I have also sat as a Judge Pro Temp (temporary judge) and handled multiple writs and appeals before the appellate court in various districts.
