- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Audio Recording and Mixing $60/hour Video Editing $60 per 1 minute of final video. This will include up to 2 revisions. After 2 revisions, I charge $60/hour. Example: Sue wants a 2 minute long video. Her base price is $120.00, which will include 2 revisions. For additional revisions, Sue will be charged by the hour, at a rate of $60/hour. If the third revision takes 1 hour, the total amount Sue will pay for the video is $180.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have footage, we start by organizing it. If you need to record new footage, we work on finding a videographer for the project, I can recommend a few. Then, we define some of the parameters: -length of video -intended audience -intended platform I will ask questions like "Do you need voice dubbing?" "Do you need original background music" "Do you want stills?" etc. This is to get a clear idea of your vision. Then, we storyboard, meaning we choose the clips and start editing together a video. I usually do up to three revisions per video. We talk about each revision, and decide on changes before starting the next revision. When we are done, you walk away with a .MP4, that you can use to upload everywhere you desire!
