- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting customer, getting the most information I can about the issue, I research the issue and try to resolve it as quick as possible, so the customer is not down long.

I am a Microsoft certified professional with a history of working on desktops, laptops, servers, switches, firewalls, and more..

A small company in Tulsa I worked with allowed me to study and get my Microsoft Certifications.
