- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is based upon several factors but is always negotiable to make it fair for both the client and me. I base cleaning services on the square footage of the property as well as the type of furnishings and flooring is involved. Several other factors come into play plus quality and professionalism are always included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2002, I have worked in the Real Estate and Vacation Rental Industry as an assistant to a Realtor. I passed my real estate license course and held for over 2 years however In 2008, I started spending more time managing vacation rentals and the operations of the rental management business. Since 2014, hours and hours of webinar sessions, seo courses, and online research of trending.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2008, the market crashed and more time was spent in the vacation rental department. Within months I fell in love with this industry and did not find it to be a job but more of a passion to create a memorable vacation for guest and a goal of making the most rental potential for owners.
