- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduate Cum Laude with a BBA in Business Entrepreneurship. I have spent 5+ years developing operational and branding strategies for multiple e-commerce and service brands. My efforts have lead to a 100% increase in social engagement, 20% annual revenue growth, 10% increase in gross margin, 200% increase in seasonal/special occasion revenue, and the development of a franchise and other profitable business development partnerships.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Developing a brand, especially in the start-up phase, is a highly personal process that will be 50% technical planning and 50% discussion/brainstorming. Knowing this, it is very important that you work with someone who you feel understands your vision, your work ethic, and whose personality you click with.
