Mindfulness Arts offers:
- Mindfulness meditation open sessions, workshops, and integrative counseling
- Integrative and holistic mindfulness approaches to
meditation, movement, and performance - with an emphasis on helping people find more ease, creativity, and fulfillment in their lives.
Meditation sessions are offered the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. It is open to anyone, no matter the level of experience.
Phone sessions and teleconference-guided meditations are also offered.

Also, we have special workshops for conscious eating, working with pain and stress, and meditation for actors and directors.
