- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will often call the office for to inquire about our services and pricing. Lisa will go over their needs and ask a series of questions pertaining to the job. Once the customer determines our services are what they are looking for. We then schedule a completely free on site estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It started as a hobby, refinishing my first piece at age 14 in 1978 and developed from there. I went through Miracle Method training school in Corpus Christi Tx. in 2007 and started My business in May of that year. I have since gone to training once a year to learn new coating systems and processes. The latest training was on floor coating systems in April of this year 2015
