We switched alarm companies to MCS a while back because our service was so bad. When MCS came out, they weren't pushy or sales-y. They were just very knowledgable and service oriented. Whenever I need any kind of service, they respond right away and don't try to nickel and dime me for every little thing.
We switched our alarm service over to them and we also added cameras. We have four on the outside of the house and one in the babies room. It records 24 hours so I can play back footage but I can also watch it live from my phone. The cameras have added such a piece of mind and they were actually priced very reasonably. The technician wasn't just some random low paid employee. He was an actual expert and very precise where he placed the cameras and had great recommendations.
I don't just let any company in my home. MCS has always been very honest and professional in every interaction we've ever had.
