- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a set price per hour or per session but if you have a group (3 or more) I'm comfortable negotiating a referral discount. I want to be fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with an assessment. After the assessment, I like to have a discussion to see what works for both of us. We can agree or disagree to move forward from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Communications Studies with an Emphasis on Public Speaking. An M.S. Education with an Educational TechnologyLeadership option. I have 30+ years coaching, refereeing and playing Basketball at various levels. I have 4+ years of Counselor experience. I enjoy assisting people personally, professionally and with their education.
