- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I simplify pricing, so it is clear and concise. I do not gamble, nor do I expect others to feel as if they have to in order to hire someone for an event or project. I base my rates on the hours I project to put in, editting process, approval process, and the production/printing process. Uncomplicated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Online Tutorials, Lynda.com is the best!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Logos and re-branding projects seem to be a specialty for me. I am heavily involved in the local community and find many small business owners who are looking for a one-time contract, and after we build a friendly relationship, they entrust me to do additional work. Hence a cohesive brand identity and clientele relationship, which typically leads to a recommendation.
