- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system. Reason being is every customer has their own needs and preferences...We want to satisfy each potential customer to what their specific needs are..Custom and customer go hand in hand...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come out and view the project. This way we can get a better feel for the work to be preformed. Then with that information we can submit an informed and detailed estimate. We also like to meet our potential customers so we can all feel good about moving forward.It also helps understanding the customers personallity tohelp in some cases to provide different avenues of approach and or provide them with alternate solutions to a problem and or project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have with the people that we have on staff and our sub-contractors we have available, we have several years of experience and training. Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers, Painters, Lawn and Landscape Pros. Our network is groing continuously and so do our experience.
