Introduction: Passion is a word I hear a lot from fellow trainers and smiling clients. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, my prices for one on one training are below, and within those prices I offer many discount options that depend on factors like; if you have another person for partner training (25% off per session per person,) if you're buying multiple sessions (10% off) or for group training the price can be reduced further the more people you have. $70 per 60 minute session* $55 for 45 minute session* $45 per 30 minute session*
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get their workout background, experience with fitness (good or bad), any concerns, and see if its a good fit for both of us. If it then we'll get a plan of action via S.M.A.R.T. goals and get to work! To quote M.C. Escher, "my work is a game. A very serious game."
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am currently studying for the NASM exam and will have a certification in Fall when I pass, but the cert is not needed as I am all ready certified by N.P.T.I. but I love to read and learn and am always seeking new information and then testing it out.
