FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It can be hard to truly recognize the value of your trainer after only 1 session, so we highly recommend signing up for at least 2 weeks worth of sessions. All training costs are dependent on the clients needs and can be discussed during the initial consultation. We have no issue providing refunds for sessions that have not been used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial consultation, we encourage each new customer to fill out a comprehensive questionnaire that includes general, occupational, recreational, and medical questions. This helps us identify our client’s desired goals, daily routine (physical and dietary), injuries or joint pain, and more. Next step would be collecting measurements (body composition, resting heart rate, etc.) and administering an initial strength and flexibility assessment. This information provides us with important data useful in monitoring a client’s progress throughout training.
