- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer standard Catering and Prepared Meal menus that have set prices, but for special events, weddings, and in-home services, we prefer to talk to the client first to ensure our proposal meets their specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to learn a little about what kind of food and services the customer needs so that we can then tailor a proposal that's just right for them.
