I hired Nourrie Cuisine for my mothers birthday party and it was wonderful. They worked with me to find the right balance of items and the appropriate portion sizes for the event. The spread was perfect both in size and flavor for this crowd, who sincerely appreciated everything: The entire family adored a variety of finger sandwiches. The tartlets and potato skins were huge hits too. Moreover, Nourrie Cuisines prepared meals are especially ideal. To have fresh, delicious, locally made meals prepared in advance greatly improves my week. (The comfort of a homemade meal without workor dishes!) Not only can I look forward to these tasty dinners, they are easy to reheat with specific oven and microwave instructions (plus their containers are both oven- AND microwave-safe.) I have yet to encounter a meal I dont lovethe Rosemary Braised Seitan might be my favorite so far. The Stroganoff is a close second. I look forward to many more.

I hired Nourrie Cuisine to cater a baby shower brunch for a friend. Elena presented us with a number of options to choose from. She delivered everything the evening before--because the event was in DC. Everyone loved the food. There were multiple finger food options, including raspberry and cream cheese puff pastries and these wonderful vegan sausage appetizers. I would recommend her to anyone and will defiantly hire her again.

The food just tastes GOOOD! The finger sandwich platter was a winner with ALL the guests - not just vegans. Great way to add vegan offerings to any party.

We offer standard Catering and Prepared Meal menus that have set prices, but for special events, weddings, and in-home services, we prefer to talk to the client first to ensure our proposal meets their specific needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to learn a little about what kind of food and services the customer needs so that we can then tailor a proposal that's just right for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a background in French culinary technique and global flavors, Nourrie Cuisines President, Elena Johnson, uses her 15 years of food service experience to ensure every customer receives healthful, delicious food.
