Nutrition by Ashley, DTR

Introduction: I will do a nutrition assessments on clients based on their medical history and diet history. After the assessment, I will diagnose the client based on the information given in the assessment. After the diagnosis, I will help the client to establish nutritional goals as well as a diet and exercise plan to help them meet their personal nutrition goals. There will be monitoring and evaluation in the following months to check in with each client. If you are looking for a personalized wellness plan, this is the place for you.
