The work performed was average, however I am leaving a "poor" rating for the unprofessional handling of the entire project. I asked for formal estimate twice up front, was provided with a handwritten general estimate followed by several "bills" throughout the project. The owner, Troy Foster, requested costs of materials up front (which was provided and is expected), but within a few days began sending demands via text message for additional money for materials and labor after a large sum was already provided for materials (which were to be quality materials, but the materials actually purchased were the cheapest options). Mr. foster expressed personal problems and financial struggles to the homeowner throughout the project. It was very evident that Mr. Foster was relying on payments to make his financial ends meet.
If you don't mind being the payroll department and micromanaging the work and the materials, constantly receiving invoices for payments prior to completion, and then asking for substantiation of the charges and receiving "well you told me" as an answer, then this provider could work for you. If you are expecting professionalism and honesty, look elsewhere. This was another classic "work the system" provider who will say one thing, then do another, and extend the costs of the project to his advantage.

Alexis we had no problems on your house I'm sorry you feel this way we completed the job in a timely manner and used quality materials I have provided the receipts to you how you get that smart board and ceader are low grade products I don't know but my guys did a great job on your house other than you not sticking to agreement that we need money on Fridays to pay payroll I have just like any other job we do have a great crew and appreciate everything they do thanks for you input and I hope you have a blessed day

Mr. Foster did a very nice job on the fence repair. He is pleasant, conscientious and respectful as well as a good communicator. I am also going to use him to paint my home.

I give a 5 star rating to Fosters Custom Painting. They painted the interior of my newly purchased home! Their work was professional and custom - from the trim and crown modeling to the beautiful custom paint job on cabinets and staircase to the interior - no more oak - they gave my home the look of a beautiful new home. They completed everything by deadline and were a great company to work with!! I highly recommend Fosters Custom Painting!!
