- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am proud to provide high quality at reasonable prices. I want to create the best menu for your budget and I'm open to adjustments. Let's set up a call and we can discuss what you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss the menu and your venue. Then we agree on an estimate and make sure your date is set. We charge an initial deposit (50% of the total balance) and charge the rest upon the event's completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts
