Introduction: I have been told by many of my customers that my rates are way lower and my work is better and so isn't my availability. I won't leave a customer waiting to get rid of issues for a week or more I try to get there either the same day or the next day. I thrive on making my customers happy. One Customer stated that I was so obliging to her needs she was pregnant and afraid of the chemicals being sprayed so I worked with her and sprayed green so that she could be at ease, which she was and it worked well with her ant situation. I love meeting new people! I am very social and love meeting and speaking and hearing stories best part of my job by far!

I prepaid for a service, committed to dates and he didn't show up until I called him several times. You definitely get what you pay for.

Daphne, We are very sorry you feel this way, we feel he gave you a great price and he did do the job. At the end the bedbugs were taking care of and so wasn't your other issue. You are the first customer to complain about his services and as far as you get what you pay for comment I believe you got all your issues resolved for a great price! Again I am sorry you weren't happy but I did try to take care of all your issues.

FAQs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes in Massachusetts we are required to keep up credits so we have to attend seminars and classes on all new chemicals and such.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew another Exterminator as a kid and thought he was pretty cool, I always wanted to do this not sure really why.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do both Commercial and Residence- Meaning A lot of Property Management in the Boston area so Bedbugs and Rodents are big. Rodents because of all the construction around it draws them out. Bedbugs slowed down for a bit but now again seem to be picking up I have done a few in the last couple of weeks.
