I used this business one time and I was far from impressed. The one thing that really bothered me most was the rude and short attitude I received from the female owner. She acted like she's was doing me a favor by taking care of my pets...rather than a business owner seeking repeat customers and a true pet lover. Every single time I would call (maybe a total of 3 times) she made me feel that I was bothering her. She was clear to state the only available hours for pet pick up because any other time was an imposition on her private family time and having time with her son and all his various sports activities. (I really don't need to know about her personal obligations.) She is far from friendly. My pet stayed there once and won't be back despite the fact that its conveniently located to my home. I hope she reads this and does something to improve her customer service and people skills.

We are so very sorry that you were disappointed with us in the past. It is never our intention to be rude to anyone & hopefully your feelings were from the result of a miscommunication or misunderstanding between us somehow. I do not recall this conversation, and being a "private post " with no name makes it impossible for me to formally apologize to you directly. If you were an actual client, please know that this situation is extremely out of character for anyone at our facility. We are very sorry if you felt this way & really wish that you would allow us another chance to show you our true selves. We always stand behind our services & strive to make every client & their pet happy with their experiences here. We must however, have specified kennel business hours since the facility is located next to our residence, so that we may also have a quality family life & private time outside of those business hours. I'm sorry if the kennel drop off & pick up times were not convenient for you, we try to offer several times each day in the morning, afternoon & evening. If you would like to post an actual client name, that we can then find in our past customer database, we would be happy to give you free boarding for the total amount of time that your pet spent here. In addition to free boarding, we would also offer a complimentary bath, if you would be willing to give us a second chance with any pet that you might currently have in your family. God Bless :)

I started taking my dog here after searching for a new place because our old huge dog spa/kennel was a nightmare (for a different review). My dog suffers from major separation anxiety and would always get sick when we left her for more than a night. The Grooming Room has been amazing. Sadie loves going there and she always comes home healthy and happy. I have trusted them with her about 5 times over the last year and I have never had a complaint. It is a small, family run business at a home with kennels and a big yard for the dogs to play. The staff is friendly and they always remember us. The grooming services are also wonderful and they always give her a cute new handmade bandana as an added touch. On Sunday, there are two specific times for pick-up and drop-off, but the rest of the days are open for both between 8 AM and 6 PM. As I said, it's a small family business so if you have a problem with the Sunday times, maybe a big box kennel would be better suited to your needs. My dog prefers the familiar faces and special treatment so this is the place for us.
