Pilates Haven

Introduction: I became a Pilates instructor after I began reaping the benefits of this functional fitness. Once my passion for Pilates grew, I knew that I wanted to share it with as many people as possible. These wonderful benefits including increased flexibility, development of long, lean muscles, and a strong core create ease of movement which carries over into your every day activities. Thus, it helps prevent injury in sports, tones your body, and allows for your body to move with greater as ease as we age. I offer group and private mat and reformer Pilates classes in a studio or will travel to your home. Pilates is for any fitness level as it can be modified in many ways. I invite you to...
