Introduction: I'm certified in HP, Cannon, Konica Minolta, Okidata, laser printer, multifunction printer, dot matrix printer, and Inkjet printer diagnostics, installation, maintenance and repair. I have 35 years in the business. I charge 50 cents a mile for travel distance to and from location. I charge $50.00 an hour minimum for on-site service. I cannot provide loaners; payment is due upon diagnostics and/or completion of work. I accept checks or cash only. Gary's Printer Repair Service is not a warranty service provider!(If your printer is under warranty, you, as the purchaser need to contact the dealer directly on getting the needed warranty service provider in your location). This will save you money because the dealer generally pays the service providers for the service. All I can do as a certified technician is recommend and install what part is needed. For any incurred services that I render, the payment will be due upon completion of diagnostics and/or repair. Return service may be required in order to install the part needed -- due to shipping and/or unavailable parts. Cost of parts along with shipping and handling charges must be paid for by the client in advance and shipped to the client's location in order to complete any needed repairs. Additional travel fee along with a minimum hourly charge may be incurred. I hold no liability or warranty for parts and services rendered.
