- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out about my student's background in singing, their reason for wanting lessons, and their goals. I will listen to a song they sing of their choice, and then take them through some vocal exercises so I can hear where their voice is right now.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied with extremely qualified and licensed teachers under the Institute of Vocal Advancement for five years. I have taken from over six teachers in this organization, so my knowledge is not just coming from one teacher. Each teacher has noted that I caught onto the technique exceptionally quickly. I have taken voice in college as it pertained to my Musical Theatre study. I have done numerous workshops in New York and taken music theory, voice technique, vocal performance, and audition technique courses in New York from Broadway professionals. I
