- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our jobs are priced by the Mayo pricing system used by many plumbers across the country. This ensures that our prices will always be inline, and competitive with other plumbing companies. Most of our prices are flat rate, and not hourly. This ensures that the price quoted before we do the job is the same price once we are finished. No up-selling, or hidden prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We often will talk to our customers via telephone, or email and schedule our service calls that way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees must have the minimum training of a journeyman plumber. This ensures that they can efficiently handle any, and all plumbing problems you may be experiencing.
