- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not typically have standard pricing. We do have some packages we can offer if that appeals to a client but we typically price each client separately as each business is unique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a face to face meeting by skype or in person. We discuss their specific needs and assign a dedicated resource through which communications will flow throughout the process. We will then work up a detailed custom quote and project plan. This will include the assignment of specific resources. We will then schedule a call with all project resources and the client to go over details, discuss further options, layout the final project methodology and get final sign off to begin the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Google Analytics and Adwords certified. We were recognized as one of the Top 100 content marketers by the Content Marketing Institute. We are a top 50 contributor on SEOMoz.
