Introduction: As a certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist I am able to offer my clients both workouts and nutrition that work together to help them meet their individual goals. I offer in-home training for those local clients who have conflicts preventing them from coming to a studio location and I also offer online options as well. Additionally, I have the ability to have child-care at my studio enabling clients to bring their children with them during their sessions I take pride in watching my clients transform both physically and mentally. It's a journey and I personally take it with each and every one of them. Every client's needs are different and every program is different. I enjoy the challenge and excitement of creating the appropriate programs for each person.

I've been working with Rachael over a year now and I can't say enough about her and her ability to motivate and help mold myself into a new person. She's taught me how to fuel my body and also had me doing different types of moves that I never though about doing in the gym before. She's gotten me away from machines and onto free weights. She's listened to me when I said was getting bored with my workouts in the beginning and changed them to where they're more challenging and are no longer boring. As long as you follow your plan that Rachael gives you, you WILL see changes. Make sure that you check in with her, take your measurements and pictures so she can see your progress. Voice your concerns, frustrations, and worries to her so she can ease your fears or change something around to help you succeed. Bottom line, working with Rachael is the best thing that's happened to me and as long as you communicate well with her, you will be able to succeed in this lifestyle change.

Rachael Novello Fitness is perfect if you need some help and guidance on getting healthy and in shape. She provided me with meal plans which included grocery lists as well as workout plans. She makes sure that you are staying on track by sending her your progress each week. She does everything in her power to keep you motivated and not feel bad if you fall off track. I was able to text or email her at any point during the day to ask for tips. Even if it was while I was in the grocery store trying to decide which item was the better choice! This was exactly what I needed...someone basically by my side throughout the entire experience!

I had an amazing experience training with Rachael. I needed help getting ready for a Spartan Super Race so I signed up to train after a friend recommended her. After going for 7 sessions I was stronger and more confident in myself and my abilities. She took before and after pictures and I was amazed by the difference in my body. She pushed me to be better. I also learned so many new workouts that I could do on my own. It was a wonderful life changing experiance that I would do over and over again. Thank you Rachael!!!

I am a 25 year old former athlete who "fell off the exercise wagon" for some time. I've been taking boot camp style classes with Rachel for the past 6 months or so. Not only has Rachel helped me lose about 15 pounds, but because of her workouts I feel stronger and more confident with my body. Not to mention that our classes our always a blast! Rachel keeps us motivated throughout the workout even on days when we all may be feeling a little tired. She is always kind and flexible with my schedule and I highly recommend her as a personal or group trainer.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Each client has an initial one-on-one consult, either over the phone or in person so that I can appropriately evaluate their needs, goals and abilities. After the initial consult the client and I meet for our first session during which we further evaluate their capabilities within the gym and ensure appropriate program design.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with everyone from pregnant women, to pre & postmenopausal to clients in their late 70's. I've worked with previously athletic clients and those who have never set foot in a gym before. I've worked with totally healthy men and women and with those that have joint, muscle and/or tendon impingements.
