- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client has an initial one-on-one consult, either over the phone or in person so that I can appropriately evaluate their needs, goals and abilities. After the initial consult the client and I meet for our first session during which we further evaluate their capabilities within the gym and ensure appropriate program design.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with everyone from pregnant women, to pre & postmenopausal to clients in their late 70's. I've worked with previously athletic clients and those who have never set foot in a gym before. I've worked with totally healthy men and women and with those that have joint, muscle and/or tendon impingements.
