Amanda was our day of wedding coordinator. The only thing I wish we had done differently was bring Amanda on sooner! She coordinated our "Big Day" and was present for the rehearsal dinner the evening before. From the second we met Amanda, my husband noted my shoulders came down out of my ears and I was relaxed! She is so detail oriented and genuinely wants to make everything special... and just how you want it. Her professionalism and organization made everything run smoothly, while putting us at ease. She was beyond personable with us and guests - everyone loved her. I knew my wedding day was in good hands, and for me being a bit of a control freak, that says a lot. She made everything look beautiful and made sure it all unfolded seamlessly. I can't imagine how things would have gone without Amanda - and I don't want to!

Amanda planned my baby shower and did an incredible job. The shower decor and food was simple and elegant. Her attention to detail is what makes Amanda one of the best. My guests continued to comment on the presentation of the food and how delicious everything was! Amanda was able to pace the event with perfect timing and did so in subtle and relaxing way. I would recommend Amanda's services to anyone who wants to enjoy their event stress free and handled by a true professional.

Amanda was great in helping me plan my first corporate holiday party. Her suggestions were fabulous, and she had some great insight of places that would be a good fit and what entertainment would suffice. The party was a success, and everyone loved the atmosphere thanks to Amanda!

We had an intimate, private backyard wedding for family. We had music, photography, videography, make-up, Justice of the Peace, florists, baker and party rental - all of which Red Letter Occasions arranged and coordinated the day of. Amanda also set up the layout of everything for our event (chairs, flowers, etc) and made everything stress and hassle-free. She was super responsive and coordinated and very detail-oriented. All we had to do was choose, sign contracts and make payments and Amanda coordinated the rest. We can't imagine how difficult this would have been without her and would hire her again. In fact, we plan on hiring her for our reception next year!
