When working with a new customer we like to perform a FREE pre-bid walk through and consultation. This allows us to determine the customer's concerns, needs, and cleaning requirements. We also use this opportunity to gather specific details about the facility in order to provide our customers with a detailed proposal, options, and pricing tailored to their needs.

Be sure that you communicate with your professional about exactly what you expect up front. All information provided by you will help the professional understand your cleaning goals. A few questions to consider: Do you have a checklist or do you want the professional to create one? How frequently do you want service? What hours do you want service to take place? Do you have any specific areas of concern? Do you have a specific budget set aside for cleaning and janitorial?
