- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$80-$120 daytime $100-$140 evening I am not in network with any insurance companies. You can read more about why on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a brief phone call to discuss any questions you may have and set up the first appointment. At the initial appointment, we spend the session getting to know one another -- with me sharing how I approach the work, hearing about you and your goals for counseling, and getting to know and understand more about you and your life. After that, we will start working toward the goals you have. I am very relational and collaborative in how I work with people. I see myself as a guide rather than an expert (though I have expertise to offer). This is your life and your relationship -- you know yourself better than I ever will, so you have expertise to add as well.
