- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have a flat rate Pricing Guide for service repairs and replacement equipment options. We offer 20% discount offers to Service Contract members for service repairs and 10% on equipment replacement. As well as, Military, Senior Citizens and Government discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to receive as much information from the customer about the problem(s), analysis the issue to determine the best resolve and provide a solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the career of HVAC for 16 years and completed several trainings in Business Ethics & Senior Care, Air Time 500 Technical Excellence and NATE certification for residential applications. That includes gas, heat pumps, A/C and installation. I also have knowledge in building codes, and management of large scale projects.
