Kickboxing and Self Defense

Introduction: I train everyone who comes to me to do their best in their abilities, so they can obtain self-confidence and be empowered for the rest of their lives. I was hired by Students Institute for the Gifted to instruct self-Defense class at UCLA July 2016. Besides teaching techniques to the students of High School age, I also held class in Awareness, Boundaries, Verbal Confrontation, When to and not Fight discussions. Some clients come to me to be better in self defense with a motivation to be a better fighter. Not only do they want to be instructed in self defense techniques but they want the best street fighting defense. In my background I have trained professional Karate fighters and this experience has given me the opportunity to train an athlete in a very dangerous sport. In the US Army I instructed in combat fighting with weapons and without in different ways to keep alive and survive a fight. I found that my biggest joy in training individuals, no matter what age or gender, is helping them reached their goals in controlling their fears, defend themselves with confidence, become stronger and healthier and for some achieving status in martial arts.
