Introduction: I have my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and have been working as a clinician since 1995. I received my Bachelors Degree from Pitzer College, Claremont Colleges, CA. I have specialized in marriage counseling and personal growth and development. Many clients have come to me with issues ranging from helping them avoid what they see as potential problems in their relationships, to helping them try to repair a broken marriage.
I have a sold background and have been working in staff development, clinical services, foster care, residential treatment and group homes with populations consisting of social service dependents, juvenile probation dependents, dual-diagnosis clients, and the mentally challenged. Most of the clients I have worked with have been identified as "high-risk". I have recently been working with the elderly, working with them in obtaining the appropriate amount of care they require, without exhausting the finances available to them or their families. Most of my positions throughout my career have had a strong component of supervising, training, and acting as a liaison to community professionals, clients, families, and multiple government agencies. I have extensive hands-on experience in direct clinical service with an emphasis on individual therapy, family therapy, case management and client advocacy. Maximum attention has been provided toward providing top level supervision and management to ensure appropriate, effective provision of services to all clients, and to effectively communicate all options to potential and existing clients. My goal is to always provide the top level of care, with the least amount of financial stress on the client.
