Mr. Shaffer examined my roof and determined that only the ridge vent needed replaced. He informed me the roof should last for at least five more years. Mr. Shaffer quoted a price and completed the work in one day for that price.. We have since had some heavy rain with no leaking through the roof. I would definitely recommend Shaffer Contracting for roof repair or replacement.
