Introduction: I am the personal trainer to Dr.Oz and author of No Excuses Fitness. I enjoy teaching my clients how to get fit no matter what their fitness level may be.
I teach strength conditioning, balance, speed, and core. I also teach self-defense to those who are looking to not only get fit but learn how to protect their life.
