It really depends on the event, but we usually charge a per person rate comparable with other catering services in our area.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Registered Dietitian we are required to take 75 Continuing Education Credits every five years I am a self taught cook who has worked in the food service industry for the past fifteen years. I was never able to go to a traditional culinary school in the past BUT...As of Aug, 2015 I have been enrolled in an Online Culinary Arts Certificate Program with Auguste Escoffier...now Ii am honing my skills to better serve my customers!
