- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For certain types of work we do offer straight forward or standard pricing. On other types such as carpentry it depends on a good detailed survey of the work needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to be very personable and respectfull of the needs of the client weather the job is big or small. We have positive attitudes all the time. We are happy the serve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a carpenter/ air conditioning/ mechanic all my life. I am also college/trade school educated and certified.
