What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to have a conversation about what the client would like to have completed. We discuss whats involved with the design and build process and basic budget options. If both party's are in agreement with the budget an on site visit will be scheduled. We typically charged a minimum design consultation fee for the on-site visit to better discuss option and layout. If our designer is brought into the mix an hourly rate will be added to the designers time, including travel time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years experience in the field relating to ponds, water gardens, and landscapes. We have several designers we work with who have extensive education in landscape design and are familiar with a wide variety of plant material.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
Our on site design consultations run from $125-350 per visit. With a paid consultation at least one estimate is included. We have a fairly detailed estimating calculator with set prices on labor and materials.
Installation jobs or repairs are typically a set price with a signed contracted.
