What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a basic decor brochure and price list located in the media section, please feel free to review and contact me with any questions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally asked for detailed information pertaining to their event such as date, venue location, color scheme or theme, number of guests attending, what areas are to be decorated, event time, setup time, is the event indoors or outdoors. Have customer provide contact information such as name, phone number, home address, and email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Balloon Artist providing professional balloon decor using top quality balloons and supplies. I continue to educate myself within in the balloon industry by attending workshops, online classes, webinars, videos, and conventions.
